Homemade Chai Tea Latte

My mom made this Chai for me.  I didn’t think I would like it, but I loved it!  So I’m going to teach you how to make it.  I am also going to be showing how you would be making it if you were on a low carb or low sugar diet.

INGREDIANTS

  1. Vanilla creamer or plain Heavy Cream if your doing low sugar
  2. French Vanilla chai tea or any flavor chai tea bag
  3. Sugar or stevia
  4. Cinnamon
  5. Blender
  6. Whipped cream

Instructions

  • Place water half full in a cup
  • Place tea bag in cup, microwave for 2 min.  Take it out let it sit in water for 5 min, then remove tea bag
  • Place as much creamer or heavy cream you desire in your cup
  • Place two packets of stevia or 2 tsp of sugar into tea
  • Add a tsp of cinnamon, then put entire mixture into the blender for about a minute
  • Place in your favorite cup and top with whipped cream!
  • And then of course post a pic on Instagram and show off your cute Chai latte
