I know being healthy can be really hard, and it can sometimes be hard to stick to your diet, and it can be even harder to get your kids to eat healthy snacks! I completely get it, it’s hard to not crave sweets. But I’m here to give you an idea for when your craving things, or if you just want something fun to eat… All you need to make these strawberry popsicles
- Cut up strawberries
- Vanilla yogurt
- Popsicle molds
When making these I put fruit in and then some yogurt, and I pushed the yogurt down into the mold so there’s no holes and I just repeated that process. I would also leave this in the freezer overnight.
If you don’t want to use blueberries and strawberries you can definitely switch it up. Give your kids whatever fruits that they like, along with any flavor yogurt that they like and let them have fun making their very own healthy, but tasty yogurt popsicles!
